Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required for certain roles.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, office spaces, loading docks, parking areas, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and document entries, deliveries, and other security events.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders according to procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate patrol findings to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.
