Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol in North Liberty, IN. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and deter incidents with a visible presence, providing excellent customer service and clear communication.

The role is part-time with a daytime/night schedule and opportunities to grow within a leading security company. The position requires customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with background checks and a drug

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, production spaces, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures, directing individuals to appropriate locations as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs while maintaining a professional presence in a manufacturing and industrial environment.
