Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas, parking, shipping/receiving, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and entry of visitors, employees, and contractors.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrols and communicate findings to site contacts and leadership.
