Job summary

Gamma Team Security Inc provides professional security services across multiple states. We are currently seeking Unarmed Security Guards (Part Time) to work at various locations and facilities throughout the state of Michigan.

This position involves providing a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors at assigned sites. Responsibilities include patrols, monitoring cameras and access control, documenting entries, and reporting incidents.

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan Driver's License.
• At least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• Minimum 1 year of security, law enforcement, military, or licensed agency experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• No felony convictions; mentally and physically fit for duties.
• No outstanding warrants; willing to have fingerprints taken; pass drug screening.
• Preferred: experience with security technology and reporting systems.
• Preferred: background in security, customer service, or law enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, access control, and alarms.
• Verify IDs, issue visitor passes, and document entries.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or safety hazards.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies; maintain order and safety.
• Prepare daily activity logs and incident reports; communicate with supervisors.
