Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Enhanced Security Officer in Pittsburgh, PA. The role offers flexible fixed shifts with the option to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, helping you earn more while building hands-on experience with a national security leader.

The position emphasizes customer service, incident response, and patrol duties at a financial services site. You’ll work a six-month anchor shift and may scale to additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and employee/vendor entry in accordance with site requirements; verify credentials and maintain accurate visitor records as assigned.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions, access concerns, or maintenance issues.
• Prepare clear and timely activity, incident, and shift reports while helping to deter unauthorized activity through a professional presence.
