Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of security-related, military, or law enforcement experience or an associate’s degree in criminal justice.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, residents, employees, and the public by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of public areas, facilities, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and shift communications as required.
