Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18+ for unarmed; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required.
• Drug screen required.
• Licenses may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and vendors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and document visitor and vehicle activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies and notify appropriate personnel.
• Complete reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation; communicate observations to leadership.
