Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting anomalies to management.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow post orders and communication protocols.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
