Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol, First Aid Readiness) in Dallas, TX. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and deliver professional customer service while maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized personnel, visitors, and delivery activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and unusual activity through clear and timely reports, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
