Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by federal/state/local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and document activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify site contacts or emergency responders as directed.
• Prepare clear, accurate patrol and incident reports using required reporting tools.
