Qualifications

• This role requires a valid driver’s license.
• This position prefers a guard card/license.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Applicant subject to background investigation and drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and personnel following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, document entries and incidents.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures.
• Observe activity around shipping/receiving and report hazards or suspicious activity.
