PENNDOT Unarmed Security - Hamburg, PA (Part Time) is seeking a professional Security Officer to protect people and property while delivering first-rate customer service in fast-paced environments such as medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues, and large events. Shifts are available as 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a, or weekend options, with part-time hours totaling 24 per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Two years of face to face customer service experience.
• Two years of security experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening and OPS training requirements.
• Ability to work under stress / pressure.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Ability to wear a uniform.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high end customer service

• Performing ingress/ egress control procedures
• Investigating incidents
• Completing daily logs and incident reports
