Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and other stakeholders at a corporate technology location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership while supporting a welcoming, orderly environment.
