Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and potential loss-prevention concerns, reporting observations to appropriate store leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Assist with access control, visitor direction, and maintaining a visible presence to help deter unauthorized activity and support an orderly retail environment.
