Job summary

New Jersey Tutoring Corps, Inc. seeks a part-time Site Leader to oversee tutor performance and program logistics at iLearn Clifton, Passaic, and nearby campuses. The role supports instruction, manages schedules, and maintains records in a school-based tutoring program.

Paid training is provided. The site operates four days per week with a 7:45 am – 3:45 pm schedule, totaling about 29 hours weekly, at $40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required or higher.
• Standard teaching certificate, CE, or CEAS with teaching experience.
• Experience mentoring others and providing feedback.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site logistics and manage schedule changes.
• Lead weekly coaching meetings and provide feedback on tutoring plans.
• Maintain attendance records and submit reports on Tutor/Scholar data.
• Support tutors with instructional materials and data analysis.
• Serve as a positive ambassador for NJ Tutoring Corps.
