Cabarrus County Schools in Kannapolis, NC, seeks a Temporary Part-Time Tutor to provide instruction to students in small groups and individually. Starting date: immediately; salary is hourly based on education and experience. Reports to Principal.

The tutor will collaborate with classroom teachers, assess students' needs, and support use of digital tools during tutoring sessions. Qualifications include NC licensure and prior classroom experience.

Qualifications

• North Carolina teaching licensure (current or previous).
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a classroom teacher (preferred).
• Demonstrated knowledge of research-based, current curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide instruction to students in small groups and individually.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to determine student needs.
• Communicate student progress with staff.
