• SNF and/or Acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to adult and geriatric patients
• Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Establish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs
• Travel to nearby centers as needed
