Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Part-Time Adult Residential Support Professional to assist women in a trauma-informed recovery program in Oconomowoc. You will provide supervision, model positive behavior, and support daily living skills while maintaining professional boundaries.

Responsibilities include medication monitoring, meals, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and responding to crises. Training and local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populations.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents.
• Assist with medication monitoring, administration, and documentation.
• Support daily living skills, treatment goals, and promote independence.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, laundry, and transport residents to appointments.
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations.
• Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and complete required training.
