Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment's Busch Gardens is seeking a part-time Tram Driver to move guests and ambassadors safely around the park. You will operate trams, shuttle buses, assist guests with wheelchairs or strollers, and provide friendly, professional service.

You must be at least 18, hold a valid CDL with passenger and air brakes endorsements (or Class A/B) and maintain a DOT Physical. Flexibility for opening, mid, and closing shifts is required; weekends and holidays expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must maintain a valid DOT Physical card.
• Ability to communicate effectively, including speaking on a microphone.
• 2 years of driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service in a team environment.
• Operate trams to transport guests and Ambassadors from remote parking sites.
• Operate shuttle buses to transport Ambassadors around the park and to housing village.
• Provide crowd control for tram operation.
• Assist guests with wheelchairs or strollers on and off trams.
• Make announcements on the tram with a microphone.
• Communicate professionally with Ambassadors, Vendors and Guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
