Qualifications

• 2–3 years related experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends with capabilities to travel.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years or older and able to complete the approved driver certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with conduct, discipline and character development of student-athletes.
• Assist with personal development and academic success.
• Teach and promote the University values.
• Assist with recruitment coordination.
• Assist with retention through academic monitoring.
• Perform coaching duties as determined by Head Coach.
• Assist with equipment inventory, distribution and collection.
• Support athletic department promotions, fundraising and recruitment.
• Assist with facilities management.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
