Job summary

West Liberty University is looking for a dedicated Assistant Coach for Track. This part-time position involves planning, coaching, recruiting, and managing various aspects of the Track program under the Head Coach's guidance. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and relevant coaching experience.

Additional responsibilities include game and practice planning, and academic coordination. Applicants can also enjoy perks such as free access to wellness facilities and all university events.

Qualifications

• One year of relevant experience in high school, college, or junior college coaching.
• One year of collegiate coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach with planning and managing the Track program.
• Conduct out-of-season conditioning sessions.
• Perform all administrative duties assigned by the Head Coach.

Skills

Knowledge of collegiate athletics

Ability to work with limited supervision

Excellent computer skills

Good presentation skills

Ability to multitask

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field
