Job summary

Anheuser-Busch Tour Center in St. Louis is seeking a Part-Time Tour Guide. You will help bring to life the story behind our three national landmarks with engaging, accurate storytelling for guests.

You’ll deliver company-approved presentations, assist with events, provide directions, and maintain professionalism in all guest interactions, while enjoying a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Public speaking experience preferred.
• Ability to memorize and confidently deliver a detailed 10–15 page tour script.
• Dependable, enthusiastic, cheerful, and professional.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes or inventory items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a company-approved presentation to large groups of guests, ensuring accurate and engaging storytelling.
• Serve in various host roles, including reception and front-desk support.
• Support and assist with special events and on-site programs.
• Provide guests with directions, information, and on-site assistance as needed.
