Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our high-performing team. You will be empowered to help customers, process sales, and promote our programs while ensuring a clean, safe store environment.

Typical shifts run during operating hours (6am–10pm). We offer a people-first culture with paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and company-matched 401(k). This role supports growth with potential full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
