• Assist with multi-item order shopping using designated tools and equipment.
• Recognize or differentiate produce types and varieties to advise customers.
• Substitute items when requested.
• Scan, bag and label purchases efficiently per policy.
• Verify IDs and observe policies for alcohol sales.
• Assist customers picking up orders; complete accountability forms; maintain neat appearance and dress code.
• Support store operations and safety; complete CBT and Training Aid courses.
