Job summary

Utah Partners for Health (UPFH) is a non-profit FQHC delivering integrated medical, dental and behavioral health care across Utah. We are seeking a Credentialing & Revenue Specialist to ensure providers are credentialed, enrolled and ready to bill, in compliance with HRSA, Joint Commission and payer requirements.

You will manage initial and ongoing credentialing, payer enrollment, and revenue-cycle support, with responsibilities spanning verifications, audits, and tracking to keep the network

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare credentialing, enrollment, billing, revenue-cycle experience.
• Familiarity with CAQH, Medicare/Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment.
• Knowledge of HRSA and Joint Commission credentialing preferred; FQHC or eClinicalWorks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage initial credentialing, recredentialing, privileging, and re-privileging.
• Complete primary-source verifications for licenses, education, certifications, DEA, and more.
• Maintain survey-ready credentialing files and track expirations.
• Coordinate credentialing and privileging review with leaders and Governing Board as needed.
• Support HRSA, Joint Commission, payer audits and surveys.
• Enroll providers with Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and commercial payers.
• Maintain CAQH profiles and payer enrollment information.
• Investigate enrollment-related claim denials and payment delays.
• Maintain centralized tracking of credentialing, enrollment, expirations, and revenue-readiness.
