Job summary

Midland Public Schools in Midland, Michigan is seeking a Part-Time Paraprofessional for Title I to support grades 1–5 and provide one-on-one tutoring for identified students across all four curricular content areas. This position offers up to 29 hours per week, Monday through Friday when instruction is in session, with a starting wage of $16 per hour based on the master bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with early literacy instruction and attend trainings.
• CPR/First Aid certified preferred; training may be provided.
• Must be Highly Qualified.
• Two years of college coursework with 60+ credits or an Associate's Degree or higher.
• ParaPro Assessment with qualifying score (460+).

Responsibilities

• Paraprofessional will work in grades 1-5 supporting the classroom teacher and one-on-one tutoring for Title I identified students across all four curricular content areas.
