Discount Tire is hiring a Part-Time Tire Technician in Texas. You will install, rotate, balance, and service tires while delivering a safe, friendly shopping experience. Join a people-first team that values growth and promotes from within.

You'll start in the bays, work with teammates on the floor, and help customers get back on the road confidently. We offer paid training, weekly pay, and opportunities to advance as you gain skills.

Qualifications

• Team mindset: Former athlete, military team member, or hands-on leader who loves to work with people.
• Servant leader energy: Calm under pressure, positive can-do attitude, and integrity
• Hands-on stamina: On your feet, lifting, moving, and hustling with your teammates
• Strength: Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Automotive enthusiasm: It's a plus but not required (we will train you)
• Preferred: Driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent
