Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with laws.

• Drug screen may be required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Screen individuals, belongings, and items entering the location per procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report observations to the appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized activity; conditions may vary by site.
