PsychoGeriatric Services (PGS) is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide compassionate mental health care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Work is multi-location across York, Lancaster, and Dallastown, PA with a flexible Monday–Friday day shift and no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements.
You will collaborate with a supportive clinical team, deliver individual and family counseling, and ensure compliant care.
