Job summary

Inner Journey Counseling, LLC. in Pittsburgh is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality counseling, assess client needs, and develop tailored treatment plans.

You will conduct therapy sessions, maintain case notes, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The role requires 2+ years of counseling experience, PA licensure eligibility, and a hybrid schedule with some in-person hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience counseling individuals, couples, and/or families.
• Counselors must be licensed by PA State Board to provide counseling (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD or similar credentials).
• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Psychologists, and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) are all encouraged to apply.
• Must be willing to do hybrid work requiring some in-person hours.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to empathize with diverse client populations.
