Center for Resilience Strategies (CRS) is seeking a compassionate therapist to join our clinical team in a part-time capacity with potential to move to full-time as caseload grows. We value collaboration, flexibility, and clinical excellence while supporting clinicians in their development.

We welcome pre-licensed clinicians seeking supervision and experience, as well as licensed therapists looking to build a thriving private practice caseload in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Center for Resilience Strategies (CRS) is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and motivated therapist to join our growing clinical team. Whether you are a pre-licensed clinician seeking quality supervision and experience or a fully licensed therapist looking to build a thriving caseload in a supportive private practice environment.

This position begins in a part-time capacity, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as your caseload grows and client demand increases.

Schedule: Flexible Part-Time with Opportunity for Full-Time

Compensation:

$48/hour – Pre-Licensed Clinicians

$55/hour – Licensed Clinicians

Additional compensation differentials may be available based on:

EMDR or specialized clinical training

Relevant clinical experience

Position Summary

As a Therapist with Center for Resilience Strategies, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy services to a diverse client population. You will have the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families while developing meaningful therapeutic relationships that support lasting positive change.

This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about providing quality care, practicing independently while collaborating with colleagues, and continuously developing their clinical expertise.

Provide individual, family, and couples psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches.

Deliver high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults.

Establish strong therapeutic relationships built on trust, empathy, and professionalism.

Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.

Maintain ethical practice standards and client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
