Columbia State Community College is seeking qualified individuals to join our part-time Security Guard pool. Security Guards help maintain a safe environment for students, employees, and visitors by supporting campus safety operations as needed.

Duties may include monitoring facilities, patrolling grounds, responding to incidents, and assisting with emergency procedures. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.

• Duties may include monitoring campus facilities, patrolling grounds, responding to incidents, and assisting with emergency procedures. Work assignments, schedules, and location will vary based on departmental needs.
• Positions are temporary and based on the immediate needs of the college.
• Weekly hours will vary by assignment but will not exceed 29 hours per week.
• Applicants are encouraged to complete the application thoroughly and submit a resume along with any supporting documentation that highlights relevant skills and experience.
