Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in person and by phone and assists as needed.
• Accepts deposits, loan payments, savings deposits, and other items.
• Cashes checks and handles savings withdrawals.
• Prepares paperwork or computer input for customer transactions.
• Maintains daily cash drawer limits and balances drawer daily.
• Accepts stop payments, drafts, and loan payoffs.
• Sells and balances bank checks and prepares change orders for commercial customers.
• Refers bank products and services to appropriate bank representatives.
• Completes required compliance training in a timely manner.
