Rockland Trust is seeking a Teller Trainee to join our branch network in Massachusetts. You will greet customers, handle routine transactions, and learn product solutions that meet client needs while delivering friendly service.
You’ll participate in Teller Training with our training team and branch staff, building a foundation in cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and customer engagement. Weekend availability may be required.

As a Teller Trainee at Rockland Trust, you are at the heart of our branches and the frontline of customer service, proactively exploring customer needs and offering personalized advice that serves to develop and maintain relationships.
