Santander in Pawtucket, RI is hiring a Part Time Teller to support local customers with banking needs and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, including risk management to prevent fraud.
• Recognize opportunities and cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Engage customers and educate them on self-service options.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, creating a welcoming environment.
• Responsibilities may extend to supporting nearby branch locations as needed.

As a Teller, you engage in assisting with various financial needs and processing transactions. You provide exceptional customer service, resolve concerns, minimize risk, defend against fraud, refer product solutions, and elevate complex issues for timely resolution.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED: - Required

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum: $30,000.00 USD

Maximum: $47,000.00 USD
