The role includes balancing daily transactions, resolving cash discrepancies, and answering member questions across in-person and other channels.

Prior customer service and sales experience are preferred, with opportunities for incentive pay.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Perform financial transactions including cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, and loan payments.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services to members to meet goals.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals; resolve out-of-balance conditions.
• Address member requests promptly in person, by phone, or via other channels.
• Maintain the credit union's quality reputation.
