Job summary

You will perform banking transactions, manage cash flow, and help maintain branch vault cash with accuracy and efficiency. As the first point of contact, you will identify referral opportunities, educate clients on digital tools, and ensure adherence to policies and controls to safeguard assets.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
• Money handling experience.
• Effective problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly service.
• Perform accurate banking transactions and manage cash deposits/withdrawals.
• Identify referrals for new products and services.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service options.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory procedures to safeguard assets.
• Address client needs and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and Citi products.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and meet performance metrics.
• Assess risk and ensure ethical conduct in daily decisions.
