First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) is seeking a friendly Teller to provide exceptional service at our branch locations. This role processes customer transactions accurately with a positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork.

The position is onsite with approximately 30 hours per week and eligibility for employee benefits. Starting pay is $19/hour, with full-time/part-time benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k matching, paid time off, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Desire to meet the financial needs of our customers and community
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Previous cash handling experience
• Previous Teller experience
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Becomes a Teller to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver friendly, accurate service and resolve routine customer questions at the teller window.
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive branch environment.
• Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge in banking operations.
