Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Perform banking transactions including cash deposits and vault cash management.
• Identify referral opportunities for new products based on client goals.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service options offered by Citi.
• Adhere to policies, controls, and regulations to protect assets.
• Address client needs and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and Citi products.
• Support delivering an exceptional client experience and meet metrics.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance in decision making.
