Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 3–6 months of related experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic DNA software is expected. Part-time hours allow flexibility at the Johnstown branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3–6 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to technologies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile.
• Assist with opening and closing the branch.
• Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amount, and examine checks for endorsement.
• Cash checks and pay out money after verification of signatures and balances.
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Enter transactions into computer and issue receipts.
• Balance currency, coin, and checks at end of shift and reconcile totals.
• Identify opportunities to explain or sell bank products or services.
• Ability to multitask.
• Remove deposits and count cash in night depository.
• Resolve customer issues as they arise.
• Understand and support BSA/AML responsibilities per bank policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
