Job summary

PNC is looking for a part-time Teller in Indianapolis, IN. Based at the Emmerson Commons branch, you will support customers with banking needs, promote digital tools, and ensure accurate branch operations. No degree is required, and prior experience is not mandatory.

You’ll engage customers, educate on options, and refer opportunities to the branch team while upholding risk controls and policy adherence in a supportive in-office environment.

Qualifications

• No university degree required; a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent may be considered.
• Experience is not required; a comparable combination of education and certifications may be considered.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to educate customers on banking options are essential.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience and educates customers on banking options.
• Identifies banking opportunities and refers to branch staff as appropriate.
• Performs lobby engagements to connect with customers and promote PNC products and digital tools.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems.
• Ensures branch operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
