Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional branch customer service and manage transactions accurately.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and suggest self-service options.
• Balance and process transactions following Bank policy.
• Log customer complaints and escalate as needed until resolution.
• Support lobby management and engage customers to address needs.
• Complete branch operational activities (cash ordering, vault, wires).
• Adhere to regulatory and internal risk controls; promote M&T Bank brand.
