Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a sales and service environment involving cash handling and face-to-face customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
• Complete member transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Maintain updated information on Texans’ policies, procedures and compliance regulations.
