Clock Tower Community Bank is seeking a part-time associate (~20 hours/week) to deliver high-quality service at our Morton, IL location. You will handle cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and money transfers, while promoting bank products to customers.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some clerical, administrative, cash handling, sales or customer service experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Process and record routine transactions for bank customers including cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and money transfers.
• Promote MCB’s products and services professionally to customers.
• Balance currency, cash, and checks in cash drawer at end of each day.
• Answer inquiries regarding checking/savings accounts and other bank products.
• Perform services for customers such as ordering bank cards and checks.
