Job summary

Today's Bank is seeking a Teller to join our Northwest Arkansas location. You will handle routine banking transactions with a focus on accuracy and customer service, while identifying opportunities to cross-sell bank products.

The role involves everyday duties such as deposits, withdrawals, and money orders, with additional responsibilities in vault and ATM monitoring. We offer a team-centric environment with opportunities for advancement, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle deposits and withdrawals accurately and promptly.
• Issue money orders/cashier's checks to customers.
• Monitor and assist with vault/ATM activity as needed.
• Promote online and mobile banking services to customers.
