Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in the United States is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a remote, patient-centered role managing admissions to the monitoring system and coordinating with bedside staff.

You will educate patients and families, develop individualized care plans, and assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across the care team.

Qualifications

• Current RN license; MO and IL licenses preferred.
• 3+ years inpatient experience preferred; no supervisory experience required.
