Job summary

Aspire365 is seeking an Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Arizona for a part-time telehealth role. You will deliver individual therapy, with potential group sessions, and coordinate across disciplines to ensure comprehensive care.

Requires independent licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LMHC) and at least 2 years of psychiatric experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; evenings availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Independent licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC is required.
• At least 2 years of providing psychiatric services.
• Remote telehealth in Arizona with availability to meet evenings.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to an assigned caseload, including individual therapy and potential groups.
• Perform biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, MI).
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
• Coordinate and communicate across psychiatry, nursing, case management, and supports.
• Lead treatment team meetings and case discussions; drive care plans.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and regulatory standards.
• Prepare discharge planning and transition plans.
