• Mentor and inspire youth.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations under the Director of Teen Initiatives to align with organizational goals.
• Organize, facilitate, and adapt teen activities across leadership, workforce readiness and academic enrichment.
• Adapt program content to reflect evolving interests and community needs.
• Foster a safe, positive, inclusive environment that promotes participation and growth.
• Drive teen recruitment by promoting programs and building connections in schools and the community.
• Maintain program areas, equipment, and materials in a clean, welcoming condition.
• Build and sustain relationships with teen participants and provide referrals as needed.
• Collect attendance and feedback data to support evaluation and improvement.
