Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a part-time Lube Technician in Woodland Park, CO to service vehicles during full-service oil changes and ensure safety and quality checks are completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with fuel filters, transmissions and differentials when applicable.
• Perform ancillary services and complete CSA paperwork when needed.
• Maintain tools and participate in safety and quality checks.
• Other duties as required by supervisor.

Salary Range: $16.50 To $18.00 Annually

During the Full-Service Oil Change, The Lube Technician is responsible for servicing and inspecting the complete underside of the vehicle quickly, safely, and accurately. The lube technician must pay careful attention that only the proper gaskets and drain plugs are installed, the vehicle is greased, the gear boxes checked, the oil filter is tight, and there are no leaks after installation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Work safely, wear safety gear, keep work area clean and organized. Protect pit opening with bay net when not occupied by vehicle.

Filters and Rock sheet is filled out properly for the CSA.

Perform visual inspection of belts, hoses, and other hood compartment components, document unusual conditions. Assist with performing pressure and leak check.

Ancillary services done in a timely manner. Obtain correct oil filter, drain oil, inspect oil drain plug and gasket. Replace bottom-side oil filter, when applicable.

Perform additional services, such as fuel filters, transmissions and differentials, when applicable.

Lubricate chassis, when applicable install a tamper seal on all plugs.

Assist with final safety and quality check. Tools are organized and kept accounted for.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

In addition to the duties listed above, every crew member is responsible for general center maintenance and cleaning duties such as mopping, washing center windows, lawn mowing, clearing litter, snow and ice from the site, and cleaning restrooms. Crew members mustattendcrew meetings and run errands as required, as well as other duties assigned by a supervisor.
