Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring a Tire Technician to service tires for commercial vehicles in a fast-paced environment, both in shop and roadside settings. You’ll interact with customers and drivers, ensuring safety and quality while maintaining a clean, organized store.

No prior experience is required as Love’s will provide training; the role offers opportunities for growth, rotating day/night shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package after eligibility, including tuition assistance and health

• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of sale, removal, and replacement of tires for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store facility and perform general housekeeping.
• Move and lift 75+ pounds; work in various temperatures.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction following company policies.
• Work rotating day/night shifts as needed.
• Possess ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
